Maserati North America Inc. also offers Maserati Roadside Assistance throughout the New Car Limited Warranty period on all new Maserati vehicles sold in the US and Canada.

Available toll-free, 24/7 at 888-371-1802, the program provides transport to the nearest authorized Maserati dealership when necessary. If overnight warranty repairs are required, limited rental reimbursement may also be provided through the program.

The Maserati Premium Prepaid Scheduled Maintenance program is comprised of checks and replacement operations provided for in the Maserati standard Maintenance Schedule. The program includes labor required for checking/replacing components, parts and consumables specifically involved in the standard Maintenance Schedule.

Eligible Vehicles

New Ghibli, Ghibli S, Ghibli S Q4, Quattroporte S, Quattroporte S Q4, Quattroporte GTS, Levante, and Levante S vehicles beginning with 2014 model year and newer models. The plan is not eligible to Maserati vehicles that have 12,500 or more total miles on its odometer or its original new vehicle limited warranty commenced more than 12 months prior to the proposed plan purchase date.

Coverage Area

Plan service may be obtained from any authorized Maserati dealers within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
